Overseeing projects as an owner's representative offers a natural extension of the designer-client relationship. First-hand knowledge of the client goals established during the design process and construction management experience ensures nimble day-to-day decision-making and efficient project delivery. The goal is not to replace licensed contractors and trade partners but to leverage their value and skillsets efficiently with a single communication hub from start to finish.

On-site or virtual consultations help owners and buyers understand possibilities and limitations before a renovation or real estate transaction. A 60-90 minute call or site visit with a fast-turn written assessment outlines feasible options for consideration and associated cost ranges for scopes of work.
